Chervonohryhorivska community is located in the southeast of Nikopol district, on the bank of the Kakhovske reservoir.
From this community, the first cherries, apricots and strawberries appear in the markets of Dnipropetrovsk region and other regions. Climatic conditions and hardworking people favor the growth of early vegetables, especially tomatoes, which are grown here in almost every farm.
There are 12 agricultural enterprises and 22 small farms operating on the territory, which cultivate 24.2 thousand hectares of agricultural land. Leading crop production sectors: growing grain, oilseeds and vegetables and horticulture.

Products under the famous Ukrainian brand “Znatna Kurka” are produced by “Poultry Complex “Dniprovsky” LLC, which is part of the Dniprovska Agro-Industrial Group. A single planting of broilers is 8.3 million heads. The capacity of the broilers slaughter is about 50 million heads per year. The products are popular not only in the Ukrainian markets, but also in the markets of Armenia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Moldova.
Early fruits and berries are grown by Prydniprovsky LLC. On the territory of 398 hectares, apple, pear and cherry orchards have been planted using the latest intensive technologies. A refrigerator with a capacity of 5 thousand tons was built to store fruits. Products are sold both in Ukraine and in the CIS countries.
Fishing in the community is considered a favorite form of recreation. Carps, grass carps and silver carps are grown in the ponds. Fish farming involves Nikopol fish factory LLC, “Broker N” LLC and “Fishing industrial Nikopol” PJSC. The total amount of leased water fund lands by enterprises is 187.19 ha.
There are granite deposits on the territory, which are mined by “Novopavlivskyi granite quarry” PJSC on an area of 98 hectares. The products manufactured by the quarry today are granite crushed stone, sand-crushed stone mixture, rubble stone. The Novopavlivskyi granite deposit has been known since the 16th century.
The community is proud of the school in the village of Kamianske, which is in the TOP-20 best schools of the region in terms of knowledge. The school participates in several educational projects, including media culture, Olympic education and Interactive Information Technologies. For many years, students have been winners of many academic competitions, and the school’s graduates work not only in Ukraine.
The community pays great attention to sports – this is a priority area of youth development. A children’s and youth sports school has been created, which has sports sections for football, volleyball, sambo, freestyle wrestling and chess. An outdoor stadium with artificial turf for mini-football has been built in the village of Kamianske. Attracted about UAH 1.5 mln of sponsors’ investments. The construction of a stadium for 400 spectators has begun in the village of Prydniprovske.
In the future, the community places great hopes on the development of local tourism. To the east of Chervonohryhorivka village, in the valley of the Revun River, there is a natural monument of local importance – “Chervonohryhorivki plavni”, which fascinates with a variety of flora and fauna. The European marsh turtle, which is listed in the Red Book of the International Union for Conservation of Nature and is protected by the Berne Convention of the Council of Europe, can serve as a real visiting card of Chervonohryhorivki plavni. Currently, almost disappearing in all EU countries, the turtle is enjoying here without being too afraid of people and even allowing itself to be photographed.
The Borysivka village is known for its healing spring named after the icon of the Virgin Life-Giving Spring. It is said that the water from it helps with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and heals the eyes. A chapel was built here, and in the constructed font, the rite of spring consecration is held annually. Not only the villagers know about the healing properties of the spring. People come here from Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and other regions of Ukraine to get water.
