Doing business
Among the regions of Ukraine that suffered the greatest number of shelling and destruction in October is still Kherson. Here the enemy, having lost a significant amount of occupied territories, concentrated almost all of his rage and hatred towards the civilian population, daily carrying out more than 50 attacks per day using MLRS, artillery, mortars, drones and aerial bombs. Firstly, the civilian population suffers, because the enemy destroys or completely destroys several dozen houses in a month. The occupiers also suffer damage from agribusiness, which is concentrated in the region and continues to operate despite the war. From time to time, the rashists prepare for critical infrastructure – there are still hundreds of houses in the region without water, gas and electricity.
Zaporizhzhia region also suffers from enemy fire. Here the occupiers are trying to hold back the advance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but as always, it is civilians who suffer first from terrorist attacks. There are more than 1,000 attacks per month by drones, ballistics, aerial bombs and artillery. The Zaporizhia NPP is still under enemy control and is used as a platform for launching artillery and MLRS shells. Over the past month, several dozen industrial enterprises, farms, and hundreds of local houses have been damaged and destroyed in the region.
In the Kharkiv region, where fierce battles between the Defense Forces and the russians are taking place not far from Kupiansk, the enemy has significantly intensified both offensive actions and shelling of civilians. There are almost 2,000 shellings per month in the region. Due to significant damage to critical infrastructure, more than 10 thousand residents remain without electricity. A kindergarten, hundreds of houses, agricultural enterprises were destroyed, and gas transportation facilities were damaged. Here the enemy uses his entire combat arsenal – from drones to cruise and ballistic missiles.
The Donetsk region neighboring the Kharkov region, where the enemy concentrated its offensive potential around Avdiivka and Lyman, also began to suffer more often from shelling by the invaders. More than 1000 attacks per month. The bloodiest crimes against civilians occurred in Kostyantynivka, where several attacks were carried out on the market and residential buildings, which led to dozens of people killed, as well as in Avdiivka, where russian tanks fired at residential buildings. Also in Slovyansk, the kremlin’s killers destroyed a dormitory, some died and were wounded under the rubble. In this direction, the enemy, just like in the Kharkiv region, uses all types of weapons.
The border regions of Sumy and Chernihiv, as always, due to their proximity to the enemy, suffer from means of defeating terrorists. There were more than 2,000 shellings in October. The main weapons of the occupier here are mortars and artillery, as well as drones and aerial bombs. Residential buildings are constantly being destroyed – several dozen a day, and utility services and energy workers are forced to work daily with disfigured infrastructure – damaged power lines, gas pipelines and water pipes.
The Dnipropetrovsk region, which faces daily heavy artillery shelling in the cities of Nikopol and Marhanets, also suffered from crushing ballistic missile strikes in Kryvyi Rih. Here, as a result of a strike on a residential building, about 100 people were injured. In just a month, there were dozens of deaths and the same number of completely destroyed houses in the region. In this area, kremlin assassins are more likely to use artillery, ballistics and drones.
In October, Odessa region was mercilessly shelled by the enemy, who especially brutally destroyed the port infrastructure on which the export of Ukrainian agricultural products, vital to dozens of countries around the world, depends. Here, the occupying forces predominantly use kamikaze drones along with cruise missiles to inflict the greatest damage. In addition to the destroyed enterprises and port buildings, as always, local residents suffered – several dozen houses were destroyed, and there were deaths.
The capital region has been attacked by kamikaze drones again, damaging several apartment buildings and critical infrastructure. As a result, one of the microdistricts of Kyiv was left without water and electricity.
Over the past month, the Mykolaiv region has suffered significantly from enemy ballistic missiles and kamikaze drones. Here the enemy tried to hit military and heavy industrial facilities, but, as always, ended up in the homes of civilians, taking the lives of civilians, including children and the elderly. In total, several dozen attacks per month.
The remaining regions of Ukraine received isolated attacks from the enemy – Western Ukraine and Central Ukraine suffered from cruise missiles, in the North the invaders launched groups of kamikaze drones. The main blow was dealt to industrial enterprises and warehouses.
