The press service of the Ministry of Economy announced that the ministry has signed an agreement with state-owned Ukrgasbank to participate in the program of financial support for industrial parks, State Stimulation of Industrial Parks Creation.

The ministry signed the same agreement with Ukreximbank last week.

It is expected that another state-owned bank will soon be involved in the program.

Initiators of industrial parks and management companies can apply to these banks for state funding in two areas

non-repayable financing for the arrangement of industrial parks and construction of the necessary engineering and transport infrastructure, including roads, communication lines, gas, water and electricity supply

reimbursement of costs for connection and grid connection.

Under the program, an industrial park can receive up to UAH 150 million ($3.8 million) on a 50/50 co-financing basis.
