Infopulse, an IT company with Ukrainian roots, has announced its full integration into a single management structure under the Tietoevry Create brand, a company operating in the field of digital engineering focused on design, data, and artificial intelligence.

• In Ukraine, two legal entities, Tietoevry Create Ukraine and Tieto Ukraine Support Services LLC, will continue to operate as a single development center, Delivery Center Ukraine, under the leadership of Oleksandr Kolotynets.
• The integration of other companies in the Infopulse group — namely, Infopulse Poland, Infopulse Bulgaria, and Infopulse Europe GmbH — is planned for the coming months.
• As part of this transition, the branding of offices, social networks, job search platforms, and the website will also be updated.

“Together, we are strengthening our ability to provide scalable digital consulting, analytics, and software development services tailored to the needs of customers in different industries and regions,” the Infopulse website states.

It is reported that the integration will not only deepen cooperation and knowledge sharing between teams, but also provide partners and customers with the benefits of a unified, “future-oriented” portfolio of services.

These changes are part of a transformation announced in 2024 by the parent company. At that time, it was reported that the Ukrainian IT company Infopulse and other independent subsidiaries of Tietoevry Create would merge into a single management organization.

Founded in 1991, Infopulse had grown to over 2,000 specialists and had five legal entities in Europe and South America at the time of integration — Infopulse Ukraine, Infopulse Brazil, Infopulse Poland, Infopulse Bulgaria, and Infopulse Europe GmbH.
