Call for investment projects for ReBuild Ukraine 2025: Dnipropetrovsk region among the leaders

The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, with the support of the Investment Promotion Office “UkraineInvest” and the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) announces the call of investment projects in key sectors of the economy for presentation at the ReBuild Ukraine 2025 conference, which will take place on 13–14 November 2025 in Warsaw. Dnipropetrovsk Investment Agency is join this initiative by forming a portfolio of investment projects in the region.

ReBuild Ukraine 2025 is one of the main European platforms for Ukrainian recovery, bringing together international investors, businesses, government agencies and financial institutions.

The Ministry invites Ukrainian companies interested in attracting foreign investment to submit their projects for selection and further presentation in Warsaw. To participate, applicants must upload the required investment project materials to the InvestPortalUA platform.

Currently, 27 investment projects of businesses in Dnipropetrovsk region, with a total value of $2,829.8 million, supported by DIA, have already been posted on the InvestPortalUA platform. They represent key sectors of the economy of region:

  • Industry and energy (18 projects, total value $2,699.7 million) – decentralized energy, waste utilization, green metallurgy, pipe and wire production, mechanical engineering, automotive chemicals, agricultural machinery, polymers and metal packaging.
  • Service sector (4 projects, total cost $31 million) – logistics, health and medical centers.
  • Building materials and structures (3 projects, total value $58.4 million) – modernization of cement production to improve energy efficiency and transition to alternative RDF fuel.
  • Industrial parks (2 projects, total value $40.7 million) – located in Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih.

The projects are focused on increasing and localising production, launching new facilities, introducing innovations, and developing alternative energy sources.

Participation in ReBuild Ukraine 2025 offers companies a number of advantages, including the opportunity to present their projects to international investors freely and gain access to a wide range of partners, financial institutions and potential investors. The proposed projects of the companies will be presented during the official sessions of the conference by representatives of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and KSE experts and will also be included in the analytical materials of the KSE Institute, which are used by international financial organizations, export credit agencies and development institutions. Therefore, businesses looking to present themselves on international stage, form strategic partnerships and attract financing for development of their investment projects are invited to fill out the relevant participation form.
