DIA mission and functions

Dnipropetrovsk Regional Investment Agency (DIA) was established in 2010 to support the private investment projects implementation in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The DIA’s mission is to provide a solid foundation for stable development of Dnipropetrovsk region, which is built on the basis of open, mutually beneficial cooperation and serves as a base for strengthening the reputation of the region as a reliable partner.

The DIA’s function is to present various opportunities of the region to our potential investors as well as possible. Moreover, DIA administrates and provides support at all stages of investment project implementation – from the stage of site selection and passing of licensing procedures to the construction of new object and start of work.

In the framework of cooperation and partnership, DIA:

Offers relevant directions for investing, investment projects of companies and territories for the project implementation.

Carries out the land plot selection in accordance with the investors’ needs (the Agency database has morethan 470 land plots with total area of 4.8 thous. ha).

Provides services of personal investment manager. The Agency makes project implementation road map.

Assists in selection of potential partners with corresponding competence (the Agency has the Competence Database, which accounts for more than 1 000 companies).

Generates and presents analytical information, which is necessary to make investment decisions.

Establishes communication with the potential investor for further investment project implementation.

Carries out post-investment companies’ support.

Creates and presents marketing products to promote a positive reputation of the region as a reliable partner.
