According to the leading analytical blockchain company Chainalysis, Ukraine took third place in the ranking of the global index of the use of cryptoassets in 2022.

The Ministry of Digital, together with representatives of the market, worked for three years on the legalization of the crypto industry in Ukraine in order to create a legal field for business development.
We will remind that in March, President Zelenskyi signed the Law “On Virtual Assets”, which will allow crypto companies to legally conduct business in Ukraine and officially work with the banking system. Ukrainians will be able to declare and protect their income in virtual assets. Legalization of the crypto industry will contribute to Ukraine’s integration into the global financial community.
The Law of Ukraine “On Virtual Assets” will enter into force simultaneously with the entry into force of the Law on Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine, which will regulate taxation of operations with virtual assets.
