Alignment meeting “Formation of Public Private Partnership (PPP) Projects” has started, headed by Volodymyr Tiurin, Deputy Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council.

The event is being conducted by Dnipropetrovsk Regional Investment Agency (DIA) jointly with the «U-LEAD with Europe» program, supported by the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council.

The forum was joined by:

• Valentyna Zatyshniak, Director of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Investment Agency (DIA);
• Mattihias Morgner, Managerial Team Leader, Regional Development in Policy and Action, U-LEAD with Europe Programme;
• Andrius Siaudinis, Head of Peritus Consulting, Head of the PPP Association in Lithuania, consultant to the U-LEAD Advisory Group;
• Liudas Prusaitis, partner of Peritus Consulting, consultant to the U-LEAD Advisory Group.

The purpose of the alignment meeting is to familiarize with the requirements for the formation of public-private partnership projects at the local level, the application of concession and other forms of PPP, presentation of pilot projects supported by the «U-LEAD with Europe» program.
