Doing business
Presenting to your attention an industrial facility in the city of Pavlohrad, which offers great opportunities for innovation and production development. This proposal provides investors with the opportunity to set up production in a former machine tool department, which is connected to the engineering infrastructure.
The offered industrial property is equipped with four electric-bridge cranes. It should be noted that two of them are in good working order, providing efficiency to production processes. Additionally, there is a large industrial land plot of 1.8 hectares, creating space for future expansion or additional logistics needs.
The technical characteristics of the one-storey building are impressive in their functionality and readiness for use: ceiling height of 14.6 m, length and width of 132 x 61.2 m, concrete floor. The good technical condition of the building can guarantee the reliability and stability of production processes.
In terms of engineering infrastructure, electricity is provided by three 1000 kW transformers, water supply and sewage are available, although there is no gas supply (there is a possibility of its connection at a distance of about 2 km). It should be noted that there is no heating system yet, which may be subject to further engineering improvements.
One of the industrial centres of the region, Pavlohrad, is located at the crossroads of internationally important roads and railways, which makes it possible to consider the city as a powerful transport terminal that ensures the functioning of the “Supplier – Producer – Consumer” relationship in various combinations. The territory of the city is crossed by the following motorways of international importance: E50; of regional importance P-51 (connects with Kharkiv); of territorial importance T-0408.
The location of the industrial complex close to the European motorway E50 (1.4 km) and the railway (0.9 km away) makes the proposed industrial facility convenient for logistics networks. In particular, the distance to the city of Dnipro is only 81 km, which makes the complex accessible from a strategic point of view.
The initiator of the proposal is Dneprovsky Pipe Plant LLC, which offers these industrial buildings for joint use, long-term lease or sale. This provides an opportunity to create an innovative and efficient production centre that not only meets the technical requirements but also has the potential for further development and improvement.
Additional information:
The 8,081 m² industrial building is owned by Dniprovsky Pipe Plant LLC (Pavlohrad Division), a manufacturer of oil and gas pipes that currently operates on the territory of the former LLC Pavlograd factory of technological equipment. It comprises two production facilities – a mechanical assembly facility and a pipe plant – that manufacture tubular products used in many industries in Ukraine. The company’s products are certified by the American API standard and have high quality indicators.
