The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine was the first to launch an AI service on the Diia.Engine platform. It helps to prepare and improve applications for international youth exchange competitions without errors and analyzes the chances of success. The new service is based on open-source language models and complies with Ukrainian information security standards.

How it works:

• You upload an application to the system.
• AI analyzes the text, structure, and compliance with the requirements
• You get a chance estimate and recommendations for improvement

This way, there are fewer mistakes, and the quality of applications and the chances of their approval increase. Previously, participants spent a lot of time checking documents manually, and errors led to rejections, but now it is easy to get rid of shortcomings before submission.

• Minimization of common mistakes
• Saving time for applicants and civil servants

The Ministry of Youth and Sports plans to expand the service’s capabilities and adapt it for other government services. And Diia.Engine will also make these services convenient, safe and efficient.

What is Diia.Engine? This platform is the foundation of digital innovation that helps ministries and government agencies conveniently create and manage registries. Each service in Diia is based on these registers and secure data exchange between them is key to the functioning of the digital state.

The service was developed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine as part of the EGAP Program implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation with the support of the Swiss government. The technical implementation and integration of artificial intelligence was provided by MK Consulting.
