Ukrainian fund Roosh Ventures became an investor in American startup Gable

American startup Gable, which develops a data management platform, has raised $20 million in a Series A round. Among the investors is the Ukrainian fund Roosh Ventures, the fund’s press release says.

According to the press release of the Ukrainian fund, Gable has developed a platform that allows software developers and analysts to create and manage data.

Co-founder and partner at Roosh Ventures Sergey Tokarev noted that 76% of organizations face problems in understanding their data, and the market for enterprise data management solutions is projected to reach $200 billion by 2033, the need for innovation in this area is more urgent than ever.

The fund does not disclose how much it invested in Gable. The round was led by Crane Venture Partners with participation from Zetta Venture Partners, Databricks Ventures, B Capital, Capital One Ventures, In-Q-Tel (IQT) and angel investors including Barr Moses and Tristan Handy.

The company is using the investment to accelerate product development and expand its team. Gable’s clients include Glassdoor, Grab and Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s venture capital arm x15ventures.
