Residential projects of communities in Dnipropetrovsk region in DIA’s portfolio

As a result of the military aggression, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast has become one of the key hubs for internally displaced persons and relocated businesses. The number of IDPs in the region exceeds 451,000 and continues to grow. Against the destruction of housing stock and infrastructure in frontline and temporarily occupied communities, housing construction in the region is both a socially necessary and an investment-promising sector.

DIA has updated its investment project profiles in the residential construction sector to offer investors more specific, readily exploitable opportunities.

The portfolio currently includes 2 projects from local communities and the business sector:

  • The construction of the “SMART PAVLOGRAD” economy-class residential complex in Pavlohrad—a project to create a modern economy-class residential complex with basic infrastructure, designed to meet the city’s actual demand and the needs of internally displaced persons. Two adjoining land plots with a total area of 2 ha are offered for the project. Engineering networks are located nearby and ready for connection, which significantly shortens the preparatory phase and allows for a faster transition to construction. The format of cooperation with the investor involves leasing the land plot; if the investor requires it, the Pavlohrad City Council is ready to consider and agree on an alternative partnership mechanism;
  • Construction of an eco-cottage community (Novooleksandrivska Territorial Community, Dniprovskyi District) – this is a project for the development of modern suburban housing in the suburbs of Dnipro, focused on comfortable living in a green area and stable demand for private housing. A 16-hectare land plot is proposed for the project, which has already been prepared for work with the investor: the site has been planned and divided into 91 plots with an approximate area of 0.15 hectares each, and all plots have been assigned cadastral numbers.

It should also be noted that local communities in the region are offering land plots totaling 1,880 ha for residential development projects and modern modular housing for internally displaced persons. The implementation of such housing projects can be coordinated with state financial instruments, specifically “e-Recovery” and “e-Home.”

Through ongoing collaboration with local communities, DIA can offer land and sites for residential development that meet specific technical requirements or select options based on investor requests. For more information, please contact us at: info@dia.dp.ua.
