DIA has updated information on investment projects in the healthcare sector

Against the backdrop of ongoing security challenges, the healthcare sector in Dnipropetrovsk region is operating under increased pressure. Every day, the need for fast and accurate diagnostics, modern surgery, trauma recovery, and rehabilitation for both military personnel and civilians continues to grow. At the same time, demand is rising for medical services that combine quality, continuity of care, and accessibility — from inpatient to outpatient treatment.

Dnipropetrovsk region remains one of the leaders in the number of internally displaced persons. As of the beginning of 2026, more than 451,000 IDPs were registered in the region, and this figure directly translates into higher demand for medical services, diagnostics, and planned treatment.

To offer investors and partners up-to-date investment opportunities, DIA has updated the information on investment projects in the field of medicine and rehabilitation and now presents three projects from businesses in Dnipropetrovsk region:

  • “GARVIS-2” (Dnipro) — a medical and rehabilitation center focused on modern surgery, inpatient care, and recovery. The project is aimed at creating facilities that meet the high demand for treatment and rehabilitation, with the prospect of operating in line with international standards.
  • “Orlivshchyna Resort” (Pishchanska community, Samarivskyi district) — the development of a health and wellness complex with expanded year-round services. The idea of the project is to modernize infrastructure and create a modern SPA/wellness unit in order to strengthen the appeal of sanatorium treatment and medical tourism.
  • “Health Market” (Dnipro) — a multifunctional full-cycle medical center (diagnostics, treatment, rehabilitation) focused on stable urban demand and service expansion, including the possibility of emergency care.

Each investment project has a clearly defined concept, market demand, and implementation parameters – from the creation of new medical and rehabilitation capacities to the development of wellness infrastructure that expands both the range and quality of healthcare services.

The projects offered by regional businesses respond to three key market needs:

  • capacity — increasing the volume of treatment and diagnostic services;
  • continuity of services — when a patient can go through the full path from treatment to recovery and return to active life within one clinic;
  • scalability — the ability to develop services that have stable demand in the region and can be expanded further.

That is why these projects are not only socially important, but also attractive from an investment perspective: they are based on real demand and offer practical participation formats for potential investors.
