Grants to increase access to finance for Ukrainian SMEs for economic recovery

USAID Financial Sector Reform (FSR) Activity seeks applications from financial institutions for grant funds for factoring to increase MSME revenues and stimulate job creation. Grants implemented under this Request for Applications (RFA) are expected to contribute to economic growth by achieving the following objectives:

2. Boost the number of factoring transactions involving MSMEs that have not previously engaged with factoring services.

3. Support solutions that would improve operational efficiency of factors and simplify the use of factoring for the clients.

4. Enhance awareness and understanding of factoring within the MSME community.
