The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine allows the operation of agricultural machinery without registration during martial law

During martial law it is allowed not to register agricultural machinery.

“According to the signed order it is allowed to operate agricultural machinery without registration, which is provided by the decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 694 (from July 8, 2009)”, – Roman Leshchenko, the Minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine informed on his Facebook page.

This applies in particular to:

  • tractors;
  • self-propelled chassis;
  • self-propelled agricultural, road-building and reclamation machines;
  • other agricultural machines and their components of domestic and foreign production.

“Dear agrarians. Our task is to ensure that agro-industrial complex works effectively and without delays. And field work in 2022 was held as it should be. So for the nearest time you do not need to get into questions “what documents should we use for registration of agricultural machinery?” and “how should we pay taxes” on registration of machinery? Everything is afterwards. After the end of martial law on the whole territory of Ukraine or in its separate regions, the owners will be obliged to register (re-register) the machine within 90 days. We work for the welfare of Ukraine!” – the Minister noted.
