Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026: Dnipropetrovsk region strengthens partnerships

On June 25–26, the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 brings together a wide range of participants, including heads of state and government, representatives of partner country governments, members of national parliaments, international organizations and financial institutions, business leaders, local self-government bodies and civil society organizations, in order to strengthen international support for Ukraine’s recovery and stimulate investment in Ukrainian business.

This year, the program consists of 5 thematic dimensions: business, security and defense, European Union integration, regional development, and human capital. Special emphasis is placed on the development of Ukraine’s processing and manufacturing industries, which will form the foundation of the country’s future economic model. For our frontline region, which suffers daily destruction from russian shelling, this focus on reconstruction is extremely important.

Valentyna Zatyshniak, Director of the Dnipropetrovsk Investment Agency, takes part in the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026. This year, the region is presenting 42 reconstruction projects under the agency’s support. The projects cover four key areas of the economy of the region: industry and energy, the services sector, construction, and the agro-industrial complex. Among them are initiatives for expanding existing production facilities, launching new sites, developing decentralized energy, processing, logistics, medical infrastructure and service provision. The implementation of these projects will significantly strengthen our region’s capacity.

Within the framework of URC 2026, the following are planned:

  • the signing of approximately 160 agreements and the announcement of over 30 partnerships totaling more than €10 billion.
  • the participation of over 80 Ukrainian companies in the largest business fair in URC history, alongside 2,000 business representatives from around the world.
  • the launch of a new Energy Platform format, which will become a permanent instrument for mobilizing international support for our energy sector.

We are strengthening international partnerships and continuing to work toward the recovery of the region and Ukraine overall.
