Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026: strategic cooperation with US investors

On the margins of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026, during an event organized by the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council, a memorandum of understanding was signed between UkraineInvest and Berlin Bridges regarding the establishment of the first UkraineInvest Partner Office in the United States, located in New York.

The Partner Office in New York will enable UkraineInvest to develop a sectoral pipeline of investment projects, engage more proactively with U.S. investors, identify new business opportunities, and support companies considering investment in Ukraine. It will also strengthen systematic investor outreach, follow-up, and business development in the U.S. market.

The office will serve as a coordination platform for cooperation with investors, the Embassy of Ukraine in the United States, and other key stakeholders throughout the investor journey.

Dnipropetrovsk Investment Agency (DIA) sincerely congratulates UkraineInvest on this significant event and supports the further development of our joint efforts to attract international investment to the region and to Ukraine in general.

The cooperation between our organizations has an institutional foundation. During the 5th Foreign Investment Congress, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Dnipropetrovsk Regional Investment Agency (DIA) and UkraineInvest. The document outlines the main areas of cooperation between the parties, aimed at improving the investment climate and attracting investment into Ukraine’s economy. This event represents an important step toward strengthening cooperation at the national and regional levels and opens up new opportunities for the systematic promotion of Dnipropetrovsk region as an attractive investment location at the international level.

The opening of the first UkraineInvest Partner Office in the United States is a strategic step toward attracting American capital to Ukraine’s rebuilding. Such initiatives demonstrate that, despite the challenges of the war, Ukraine is moving forward with confidence, expanding its international presence, and creating the conditions for a complete recovery.
