Dnipropetrovsk Investment Agency DIA is an institution that promotes sustainable development of the economy in the region on the basis of open and mutually beneficial cooperation between business and government.

Currently, DIA actively supports communication partnerships with various economic, regional and local development agencies, both local communities of the area and other regions. It also holds joint events to promote the projects and investment capabilities of the communities of the region as reliable partners.

The analysis of the current situation, the consequences of Russian military aggression and the challenges faced by territorial communities necessitates the presentation of rebuilding projects to the international investment and business communities.

In these terms, DIA has expanded its activities into the issues of reconstruction and restoration of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

For this purpose, on the Investment portal of the region were published rebuilding projects by four categories, namely:

• Energy efficiency. This means performing thermal modernisation of buildings, reducing energy consumption, replacing it with alternative and renewable energy sources, and reducing emissions.
• Healthcare. The main task of this sector is to provide community healthcare facilities with the necessary equipment.
• Water supply – modernisation and reconstruction of water supply systems of 5 water utilities (KP “Aulskyi vodovid” DOR”, KP Verkhniodniprovske vyrobnyche upravlinnya vodoprovidno-kanalizaciinoho hospodarstva” DOR”, KP Zhovtovodskyi vodokanal” DOR”, KP Synelnykivskyi miskyi vodokanal” DOR”, KP “Solonyanske ZhKU” DOR”).
• Residential construction – reconstruction of facilities to provide housing for IDP families (6 communities, projects for 4 to 80 families).

For example, within the framework of restoration projects, namely construction, a project is proposed to repair a residential dormitory – repair of the internal heating system in the Pokrovska urban TC.
