Grants for the development of the creative economy

Together with the Lanka.pro formation, we are launching a program to support players in the creative economy ecosystem of Ukraine. The focus of the program in 2024/2025 is on creative hubs and industry associations.

These two types of organizations will be able to receive grants of up to £7,000 for their own development. Strong intermediary organizations, such as creative hubs and industry associations, are able to promote the development of the creative economy and make the ecosystem more established and sustainable, and representatives of the cultural and creative industries more visible and united. We will support 7 projects as part of the grant competition.

Grant support is provided for the following activities:

  • Industry research that will be used in the work of your organization, mapping of key industry players or audiences, local context, etc;
  • Testing a pilot offer (service) for the target audience;
  • Promotion and marketing, strengthening the digital presence of the organization;
  • Strengthening the safety, security and climate resilience of the organization (up to 20% of the grant amount);
  • Mobility within Ukraine to exchange experience with similar organizations (internships in the organization, mentoring, other formats);
  • International mobility for experience exchange (UK or EU) – internships at institutions or attendance at specialized events, provided that an additional day is organized for a more focused exchange of experience with colleagues.

Please note that internal and international mobility can only be supported as part of a broader project of the applicant, for example: international mobility and testing a pilot proposal or internal mobility and research, etc.
