The Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2026) will take place on 25–26 June in Gdańsk, a key international platform for coordinating efforts on reconstruction, modernisation and long-term development of our country.
The Ministry of Development is presenting at URC2026 a comprehensive package of solutions, projects and partnerships aimed at accelerating recovery and integrating Ukraine into the European space.
Among the key outcomes and deliverables:
- Over 30 international agreements and announcements with partners — concrete investment decisions for the recovery of infrastructure, communities and the economy.
- A portfolio of over 530 investment projects from communities and regions ready for implementation, as well as the first systematic portfolio of public-private partnership projects in the areas of transport, logistics, housing and municipal infrastructure.
- Advancement of Ukraine’s transport and logistics integration into the European TEN-T network, modernisation of border crossing points, development of the Solidarity Lanes, updating of international routes, and introduction of modern cargo flow monitoring and control systems, including WIM technology.
- Strengthening of housing policy and restoration of the housing stock: over 500,000 Ukrainian families have already benefited from state support instruments — from the eRestoration programme to housing certificates, social housing and affordable mortgages.
- Presentation of the digital Rebuild Ukraine Intelligence Platform — an AI-powered tool that consolidates over 40 databases and international methodologies, enabling recovery scenario modelling for territories within a short timeframe.
- Development of community energy resilience: attracting investment in distributed generation, energy efficiency and renewable energy within the Green Recovery approach.
- Introduction of digital community resilience planning tools in partnership with Palantir — for risk modelling, investment prioritisation and ensuring the continuous operation of critical infrastructure.
The Ministry of Development is consistently shaping an approach in which reconstruction is combined with modernisation and European integration.
