The Ukrainian Red Cross and the School of Social Entrepreneurship School of ME invite existing social enterprises to participate in the program to support future entrepreneurs.

Launched by the Österreichisches Rotes Kreuz, the REDpreneur program is being implemented in Ukraine to develop business skills and support entrepreneurs who want to implement change and strengthen the economy.

The new wave of the project is focused on supporting existing social enterprises.

To pass the technical selection, you must meet three requirements:

– Age 18-59 years

– Reside in Ukraine

– Have a social business operating for more than 1 year in Ukraine

The criteria for determining social businesses that apply for selection will be considered for compliance with one of three possible models:

1. Profit redistribution model (transfers at least 20% of profits to achieve social impact: information about this is public and contributions are made regularly)
2. Employment model (provides social and labor integration of people from vulnerable groups: at least 50% of the total staff)
3. Model of socially significant goods/services (engaged in social innovation: creates new goods or services in the social, educational, and environmental spheres).

What awaits the participants?

• An online academy that will provide access to modern educational materials on business development.
• Workshops and master classes where participants will be able to learn the practical aspects of doing business.
• Networking to help establish important business connections and find partners.
• The opportunity to receive €7,000 and long-term mentoring support for business development.
