Assisterr, an AI startup founded by Ukrainians, has raised $1.7 million in investments

Founded by Ukrainians Nick Gavrilyak and Dmitry Dimenko, AI startup Assisterr has closed a $1.7 million pre-seed funding round.

It is known that Outlier Ventures, Web3.com Ventures, Moonhill Capital, Contango, and private investors from Zero Gravity, Aethir, EigenLayer, Bagel, SwissBorg, and Particle Network provided Assisterr with new capital.

The company allows developers to create their own niche AI models based on its infrastructure and tokenize data.

The team plans to use the funds raised to expand its staff, as well as develop and scale its AI model tokenization platform.

The statement says that “crowdsourcing of data collection, fixing data ownership, and decentralized coordination of community efforts will be based on the Solana blockchain.”

It is known that Assisterr uses Small Language Models (SML) in its solution, as they require less data and can run on mobile devices, laptops, or small servers.

The company has won numerous hackathons. Assisterr has also been selected to participate in the Google for AI Startups program with $350,000 in funding.
