On May 13, 2025, in Kyiv, Civitta in partnership with EasyBusiness and with the support of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine will hold a series of practical workshops on EU funding, in particular in the areas of green growth, digital technologies, research, innovation and infrastructure. The two-day event aims to introduce Ukrainian businesses to international and local funding opportunities, including European Commission programs (e.g. Horizon Europe, LIFE, Digital Europe, Connecting Europe Facility) and the Ukraine Facility.

About the event

During the first day, participants will have the opportunity to learn step-by-step instructions on how to work with leading European funding programs – from Ukraine Facility to Horizon Europe. On the second day, selected companies will have the opportunity to receive individual 1on1 consultations with international experts and find relevant sources of funding for their request.

Overall, during the two-day business intensive, participants will be able to:

• Gain an understanding of how international and local funding programs work – from EU structural funds to the Ukraine Facility
• Find out which projects can actually receive funding and what is needed for this today
• Read successful cases of Ukrainian companies and adopt best practices
• Receive personalized consultations with experts who will help you find a relevant source of funding upon request
• Meet potential partners, investors and international consultants working at the intersection of business and EU policies
• Identify real opportunities for your company – taking into account the scale, goals and market of companies
