A former Cominvestbank branch located at 2 Mostova Street in central Dnipro will be auctioned on July 10 as part of the liquidation of the insolvent bank, declared bankrupt in December 2024.

The property comprises 140 sq. m on the ground floor of a five-story residential building. The lot includes not only the real estate but also essential bank assets such as safes, furniture, and office equipment.

The starting bid is set at UAH 9.5 million. The auction will follow the English bidding model, allowing step-by-step price increases.

Both individuals and legal entities may participate, excluding Russian nationals and persons affiliated with the aggressor state.

The Deposit Guarantee Fund has announced plans to sell additional Cominvestbank assets in the near future, including commercial real estate (primarily in western Ukraine), loan portfolios, and vehicles.
