Doing business
Since the beginning of the Russian military aggression against Ukraine, part of the Dnipropetrovsk region has been subjected to daily shelling – part of the infrastructure has been destroyed, business access to resources and sales markets has been limited. But the region continues to be the industrial heart of Ukraine with a developed industrial infrastructure. Business adapts to wartime conditions: enterprises gradually adjust raw material supply channels and adapt to new conditions of cooperation. Taking into account the relocation of part of the enterprises to the region, they have new opportunities to develop their own business.
So, for companies planning to move their facilities, the Dnipropetrovsk region offers a total of ≈ 400,000 m². These are offers of free production space – premises and buildings, both for large productions and for small businesses.
Each offer is unique. For example, an industrial site in the city of Pavlohrad for the location of production has a building area of 1,000 m² with existing engineering infrastructure and a land plot of 2.7 hectares. Or 4 premises from 30 to 50 m² for business in an existing household building, located on the red line in the urban type settlement of Solone.
74 companies from Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia and Kharkiv regions have already moved to Dnipropetrovsk region. Among them are enterprises of wholesale and retail trade, processing industry, chemical and agro-industrial spheres. Also, many entrepreneurs moved their warehouses to protect their products.
Businesses should pay attention to the fact that DIA can choose not only production areas, but also industrial sites for the location of production, according to the request. If you are interested, please contact us by e-mail: info@dia.dp.ua
