Since the beginning of 2025, entrepreneurs have received 12,537 loans worth UAH 39 billion under the 5-7-9 program.

Over the past week, entrepreneurs received 804 soft loans totaling UAH 2.2 billion from authorized banks under the State Program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%”.

During the period of martial law in Ukraine, 82,172 loans worth UAH 315.4 billion have been issued (including 60,205 loans worth UAH 159.2 billion by public sector banks), of which as of June 9 this year

• UAH 42.86 billion – for investment purposes;
• UAH 77.33 billion – for working capital financing;
• UAH 47.69 billion – loans to agricultural producers;
• UAH 39.64 billion – for the processing of agricultural products;
• UAH 2.63 billion to finance energy services;
• UAH 57.30 billion for anti-war purposes;
• UAH 35.40 billion for lending in the high military risk zone.

Since the start of the program, 116,994 loan agreements for UAH 405.1 billion have been signed, including 80,681 agreements for UAH 185.8 billion by public sector banks.

Earlier, Banker.ua reported that in May, legal entities and individuals increased their investments in domestic government bonds by more than 10%.
