Headway now has access to mentorship and the global network of mentors, potential clients, and partners of Endeavor. The community has more than 1,000 mentors and investors. Among them are Reid Hoffman, co-founder of LinkedIn, David Wells, former CFO of Netflix, Steve Kessel, senior vice president of Amazon, and Oliver Jay, managing director of OpenAI.

“This is a support network,” says Svyatoslav Sviatnenko, managing director of Endeavor Ukraine. ”Whether it’s preparing for an IPO or M&A, access to quality business education, expansion, or roadshows to top investors, the community will help with everything.

According to the statement, Headway is the first company to join through Endeavor’s Ukrainian office. According to Svyatnenko, “dozens” of Ukrainian funders are now on the shortlist and “several” are already at the selection stage. “Our mission is to bring at least three Ukrainian entrepreneurs to Endeavor every year,” he says.
