One of the most popular types of active attraction of investors to a previously developed industrial territory is the industrial territory with existing engineering infrastructure. • Vilnohirsk – 55.6 hectares in the industrial area, where glass packaging, concrete and reinforced concrete products, and metallurgy are developed.

These territories have access to a highly skilled workforce, for example through vocational schools, with developed educational programmes and available specialised staff. Well-developed infrastructure, including roads, railways, power grids, water supply and other communication systems, provide convenience for investors. The industrial environment is conducive to the implementation of large-scale projects, strategic partnerships, and industrial parks creation.
