Today, MHP is the largest producer and exporter of chicken in Ukraine, as well as the largest taxpayer in the agricultural sector: in 2023, MHP paid more than UAH 6 billion, which is 31% more than in the previous year.

According to Dmytro Zozulya, MHP is working on deals worth over $200 million. He clarified that not all of them will be completed this year, some may happen later.

The MHP top manager noted that the agroholding will consider mergers and acquisitions (M&A) abroad, but Ukraine remains an attractive place for business. Zozulya believes that Ukraine can launch production facilities that can successfully enter export markets.

The company is currently negotiating cooperation with national and regional producers, aiming to reach as many consumers as possible, the top manager explained.
