Dnipropetrovsk region is a center of industry, which is able to accept additional production within the framework of relocation. Such enterprises are offered more than 400,000 m² of free production space, both for large productions and for small businesses, with developed engineering infrastructure, labor resources and a scientific base.

The leadership in the industrial production of Ukraine is ensured by the communities of the region. One of these is the Pyatikhatska community, where the business offers complexes of buildings for the accommodation of industrial and light production, in particular:

• production areas – 11,440 m² and a two-story administrative building with additional premises. There is an access asphalt road and a railway track at a distance of 150 m. The previous use of the complex was a repair and mechanical plant;
• warehouse and industrial premises with an area of 3,000 m² and a renovated administrative building. The complex is equipped with suspended crane beams, there are machines for metal processing of all types, a water storage tank (volume – 1500 m3), a forge with a hydraulic hammer. The previous use of the buildings is a workshop for the repair of agricultural machines and the production of agricultural equipment;
• free-use premises, with an area of ≈ 1,050 m², with reconstruction: repaired roof, glazing, and plastering of the second floor. The building is located in the central part of the city, near the road, and has an area of 0.1 ha. 

As an example, 79 enterprises have already relocated to Dnipropetrovsk region from Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, and Kharkiv regions, of which 20 have started work in the region, and another 4 are preparing to start production. More than fifty enterprises have placed their warehouses with raw materials, products and equipment in the region.

Areas for industrial facilities, development of livestock and poultry farming, processing of agro-industrial complex products, trade, as well as industrial sites for the location of production facilities are offered by DIA for business according to the request.
