TheCity-Ukraine Hub project is pleased to invite you to our Capital Raising Workshop 2: Attracting International Investors – Financing Routes and How to Prepare, taking place on Thursday 13 February 2025, from 13:00-15:00 GMT / 15:00-17:00 Kyiv Time. This workshop aims to explore various financing opportunities and to equip Ukrainian businesses and experts with the tools and insights needed to attract international investments. Experts from leading organisations, including London Stock Exchange Group, Nasdaq, PwC, Bank of America and Kyiv School of Economics, will provide practical advice on preparing for investments, improving corporate governance to meet the requirements of international investors, and accessing development finance.

Please note that this workshop is similar to the Capital Raising Workshop held on 5th November 2024. This is to cater for the significant interest generated by the initial session and to discuss the new trends, challenges and opportunities in our dynamically changing environment. This workshop may also be beneficial for previous attendees to join, as the Ukrnafta case study or receiving EBRD loans and grant funding will be presented.
