Valentyna Zatyshniak, Director of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Investment Agency (DIA), presented the features of the implementation of the Ukrainian-German project “EXAM Dnipro; External management of professional staff training with elements of the “dual” system of training in enterprises “, aimed at introducing German experience in the sphere of dual education into the system of vocational education of  Dnipropetrovsk region. The survey results of 155 enterprises – large, medium and small businesses of Dnipropetrovsk region and other regions of Ukraine – were particularly presented about employers’ support for the dual form of personnel training.
