Doing business
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the terrorist state has already destroyed more than half a hundred residential buildings and two thousand private apartment buildings in the region, the number of which is increasing every day. In addition, Dnipropetrovsk region has become the largest Ukrainian hub for forcibly displaced persons, whose number exceeds 370,000. The specified circumstances form prerequisites for the actualization of projects in the field of residential construction.
And for Dnipropetrovsk region to be able to return to normal life as soon as possible, it is necessary not only to defeat the aggressor, but also to restore the economy and rebuild what was destroyed.
The priority task of the region is to ensure that every displaced person can get his own home again. And the sooner the economy recovers, the sooner this task will be accomplished.
In Dnipropetrovsk region, 32 communities offer 65 land plots with a total area of ≈ 1,880 hectares for residential development. The specified territories can be used both for residential construction and for the construction of modern modular housing for displaced persons.
For example, at a distance of 50 km from the city of Dnipro, opposite a residential neighborhood, there is a territory free from construction, with a total area of 50 hectares. These are communal lands offered by the city of Kamianske for the continuation of the construction of microdistricts. On the territory offered to developers, there is an opportunity to connect to engineering networks.
And for cottage construction, you can consider an offer from the Pidhorodno urban community, Dnipro district. This is 33 hectares of undeveloped land, communal property, located 29 km from the city of Dnipro. There is also a convenient logistics interchange and engineering infrastructure.
There are also interesting proposals for residential construction in such cities of the region as: Pavlohrad, Kryvyi Rih, Verkhnyodniprovsk, Zhovti Vody, Vilnohirsk, Novomoskovsk and others, information about which can be obtained by sending a request to the e-mail address: email info@dia.dp.ua.
