The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine is collecting proposals for deregulation of business conditions

The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine together with the State Regulatory Service is initiating the preparation of a roadmap for solving critical business problems. It is a question of updating the Plan of measures on deregulation of economic activity. CSOs and business associations can join in developing proposals.

«During the martial law, the Government has significantly simplified the conditions for starting and continuing business. To start your business, now you only need to submit a declaration through the CNAP or online, in particular, through the Diia application. Also, for business during the war, the validity of business permits was extended. We are still ready to respond quickly to the needs of the business and take the necessary steps for its effective operation», – said Igor Dyadyura Deputy Minister of Economy for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitization.

Proposals to the Plan of Measures for Deregulation of Economic Activity can be submitted until April 19 to the e-mail addresses meconomy@me.gov.ua  and vluferenko@me.gov.ua . The letter should include a description of the problem that arises, possible solutions, as well as the subject and scope of regulation.
