According to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the regulator granted permission to Beta Kimyasal Maddeler Yatirim A.S. (Beta, Istanbul) to increase its stake in Miroplast LLC (Dnipro) from 24.9% to the control.

Today, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Beta Kimyasal is owned by Miroplast LLC (a contribution to the authorized capital is UAH 3.5 million). The authorized capital of Miroplast, established in 2006, is UAH 14.123 million.

Miroplast is a major manufacturer of PVC profiles, plastic windows and doors under the brands WDS, Galaxy and Olimpia.

The company has its representative offices in Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan and Serbia.
