Ukrainian Ajax Systems joins the global network of influential entrepreneurs Endeavor

Ukrainian security systems manufacturer Ajax Systems has joined the leading global community of entrepreneurs Endeavor. This is the third Ukrainian company to join the community, as Ajax reported on its website.

‘With the support of Endeavor, we strive to become even stronger, explore new markets, and contribute to the development of the global entrepreneurial ecosystem,’ said Oleksandr Konotopskyi, Chairman of the company’s Supervisory Board.

It is also reported that Ajax has been included in the Endeavor Outliers 2025 list, a recognition given to the top 10% of the most efficient companies in the Endeavor global network.

Endeavor is a leading global community of influential entrepreneurs founded in 1997. The Endeavor network covers more than 45 countries. Since its inception, Endeavor has supported more than 2,800 entrepreneurs worldwide, creating more than 4.1 million jobs and generating more than $75 billion in combined annual revenues.

The organisation also manages Endeavor Catalyst, a co-investment fund that has made more than 360 investments in more than 35 countries. Every year, Endeavor reviews more than 5,000 applicants, of which only 80-90 companies become members of the organisation.

Last autumn, Endeavor opened a representative office in Ukraine. They say their goal is to provide Ukrainian tech businesses with access to the international Endeavor network and capital. In February 2025, Headway, an IT company with Ukrainian roots, was the first to join the global network. Fintech Farm joined in April.
