KSG Agro is planning to invest in an agro-processing company in Poland

KSG Agro and Makarony Polskie (Poland) have signed a memorandum of cooperation in the processing of rapeseed and sunflower oil, cereals and trade in finished products. As part of this cooperation is possible to create a joint venture.

This was reported by the press service of the holding with reference to the message of the company on the website of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The companies signed a memorandum on cooperation in rapeseed and sunflower oil and grain trading on July 11, 2022. Their processing is also envisaged.

The document reportedly establishes principles of economic cooperation in oil and grain trade, as well as partnerships in other areas of agricultural production.

“As part of the implementation of the memorandum, we and our Polish partners are holding talks on the joint processing of products, in particular grain group, in Poland, with the subsequent sale of products ready for final consumption in Poland and in other EU countries,” – commented on the signing of the memorandum chairman of the board of KSG Agro Sergii Kasianov.

Previously, KSG Agro has begun to process on commission rapeseed and sunflower seeds in Ukraine for export. At the same time, according to reports, after refining and packaging of vegetable oil holding will export products that are ready for consumption, directly to the EU.
