Over 3.4 million Ukrainians received UAH 445 million in cashback. The government made payments to program participants for purchases of Ukrainian-made goods in April. The funds were received by those who accumulated more than UAH 2 in cashback and activated their card for National Cashback payments in the Diia app.
Since the program’s launch in September 2024, Ukrainians have already received over UAH 2.4 billion in cashback from the state:
The funds received under the program can be spent until the end of 2025 on utilities and other services, books, and medicines registered in the program — the list is available on the website. They can also be used for charity, to buy military bonds, or to donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The goal of the program is to change consumer behavior in favor of Ukrainian products. Consumers have a wide choice — the program has registered about 400,000 different consumer goods, including food, building materials, clothing, footwear, cosmetics, household chemicals, hygiene products, furniture, household goods, pet supplies, and more.
How does the program work?
A 10% cashback is credited for the purchase of Ukrainian-made consumer goods registered in the program and purchased at participating points of sale. To check whether there is cashback for a particular product, you can use the barcode scanner in the Diia app.
How can consumers join the program?
Important! To receive cashback, you must pay for purchases with the cards that were specified during registration in the program.
National Cashback funds are not taxable and are not taken into account when granting subsidies and benefits.
