Revolut launches beta test of its application in Ukraine

British financial technology giant Revolut, co-founded by Ukrainian Vlad Yatsenko, has launched a beta test of its product in Ukraine. It is currently available to the first group of test users.

At the same time, Revolut is currently available in Ukraine only in a limited mode, so there are no details about the launch on the official website. However, Ukrainian-language support is available for Ukrainian test users.

“Revolut provides services to residents of Ukraine on a cross-border basis through Revolut Bank UAB in Lithuania,” the message says.

In the beta test mode, Ukrainians can operate in more than 30 currencies in one application, make international transfers without commissions, and issue a free virtual card that works in more than 150 countries.

There is also an opportunity to open an account without a registration fee under the Standard tariff plan.

Account replenishment is available from currency cards in dollars or euros. Replenishment from hryvnia cards is currently impossible due to regulatory restrictions of the NBU, the company reports.

Verification of new users from Ukraine is carried out through the state application “Diya”.

Earlier it became known that the Revolut application was localized in Ukrainian.
