The European Court of Human Rights has banned Russians from bombing civilian objects in Ukraine

The European Court of Human Rights has ruled to instruct the Russian government that enemy troops are prohibited from attacking civilians and civilian objects in Ukraine.

However, the occupiers continue to commit war crimes. This was announced by the Minister of Justice Denis Malyuska on the Rada TV channel.

“The European Court of Human Rights has banned Russians from bombing Ukrainian cities and non-military facilities,” Malyuska said.

In particular, the Russians need to refrain from attacks on:

  • living quarters,
  • ambulances,
  • other civilian facilities that are particularly guarded, such as schools and hospitals.

However, by violating any conventional rules of warfare and attacking civilian infrastructure and people, the Russians are destroying all their prospects in the trial. Therefore, the consequences for the Russians are inevitable.
