The site is located 8 km from the center of Dnipro, with convenient access via Teplychna Street, integrated into regular urban and suburban bus routes. Existing infrastructure provides a practical basis for a fast start: the investor can move from concept approval to modernization and launch of the facility without unnecessary delays. The proposed format of cooperation includes lease or public-private partnership with respect to the property complex. The estimated implementation period of the project is 11 months.
As a result, the community will receive a modern trade hub with proper conditions for storage and sales, while business will gain an entry point into a stable consumer market with a wide catchment area.
