Dnipropetrovsk communities and businesses are becoming stronger by joining forces, in particular by creating investment proposals.
DIA supports more than 30 investment proposals in priority directions in various areas, such as:
- industry and energy (it is proposed to create various industrial enterprises from the production of reinforced concrete and ceramic products to the production of fertilizers; in the field of alternative energy – a proposal for the construction of a wind power plant);
- agricultural industry (creation of processing plants, farms, construction of a poultry farm and a grain elevator);
- construction (production of building materials – sheet glass, bituminous and ceramic roofing);
- services (proposals cover logistics and river infrastructure, as well as the creation of modern, sports and health facilities, the implementation of a complex and effective solid waste management system).
Investment proposals for the economic and social development of communities are prepared in constant dialogue with residents and local businesses to make sure that they meet the priorities of local development and contribute to the improvement of well-being in the community itself.
Communities were also united by the initiative to support displaced people. Currently, the DIA portfolio includes:
- 65 land plots with a total area of over 1,800 hectares for the construction of modern housing for displaced persons;
- 78 buildings with a total area of about 100 thousand m² and 15 objects of unfinished construction with a planned area of more than 30 thousand m² – for residential reconstruction.
Given the constant cooperation with the communities of the region, DIA can offer – investment proposals and/or select according to the request and technical parameters of the territory and building of the communities for the implementation of business investment ideas.
